Catalyst Repository Systems today announced the release of CR 7.1. The latest release offers enhanced reporting and workflow capabilities for the Assigned Review Module.
The new features include a graphical workflow diagram, which provides visual representation for review projects, as well as charts and graphs to help monitor review progress, time spent and total documents reviewed. Each is customizable by format, scope and type.
The improved reporting capabilities add another benefit to the Assigned Review Module, which was released in March along with enhanced analytics and new Translation-on-the-Fly features.
“We are constantly improving our products to better serve our clients,” said John Tredennick, CEO at Catalyst. “These new features allow administrators to keep a handle on the review process and the performance of individual reviewers, even for the most complex review.”
One of the key tools requested by administrators was a graphical view of the document review workflow process. “Review administrators needed a quick way to see how the review was progressing and to monitor reviewer efficiency,” explained Larry Barela, Catalyst’s CTO. “To meet this need, we created a graphics module to show the administrator what the review workflow looked like. In doing so, we also provided a ready tool for the administrator to see gaps in the review workflow and to correct them.”
The new graphics model provides a number of key reports including workflow analysis, review progress, docs per hour, docs per day, and docs per reviewer. The administrator can export the graphs directly to Word or simply download the data into Excel or a variety of other formats.
