With 15 homes in the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Associations’ 2008 Parade of Homes, going on April 19-20 and April 26-27, Bowen Family Homes is showcasing homes in Cherokee, Cobb, Forsyth, Fulton and Gwinnett counties offering a range of prices, amenities and home designs.

Among the metro Atlanta homebuilder’s entries in the 2008 Parade of Homes are townhomes in Caswell Overlook in Marietta, Deerfield Green in Milton, and Hanover Pointe in Alpharetta. Willoughby Cove in Buford will showcase a popular ranch style home. Single-family homes will be open for tours in Alcovy Falls, Freeman Crossing and Kensington Creek Manor in Lawrenceville; Ashmore and Thornhill Commons in Duluth; Autumnbrooke in Buford; Stonehaven Pointe in Cumming; Brentwood Place in Union City; Brynfield –Woodvale in Suwanee; Hanover Place in Alpharetta; and Prominence Court in Canton. Prices range from the $120,000s in Brentwood Place into the $400,000s for the luxury homes of Ashmore.
