NewswireTODAY - /newswire/ - Panchkula, India, 2006/01/23 - The Haryana Transport and Civil Aviation Department has decided to open a new flyingtraining academy at the Civil Aerodrome in Pinjore.

The private company or academywould have to submit detailed project reportindicating details like financial standing of thecompany etc. The company or the academy would beallowed to use the runway and other buildings available at Pinjore for a period of three to five years.

They would also have to specify the feestructure to be adopted by them for providing flyingtraining for issuance of PPL, CPL and Twin Engineendorsements. He informed that interested parties must specify the type and number of aircrafts to be provided forimparting flying training to pilot trainees.
They were also expected to specify the number of students alongwith the duration of training who would be impartedsuch training. Such companies or academies would haveto specify the manpower and space to be utilised forimparting training so that the rent of the space andbuilding could be assessed.

The concession to beextended to State sponsored, Scheduled Castes and girlstudents and the land requirement for construction of hangar, apron and other buildings at its own cost would be mentioned.
A lease agreement would be executed between the interested party and the department. The spokesperson said that details of technical knowhow from collaborators and a proof of financing alongwith loan sanction documents, project feasibility and economic viability report as given by the financial institutions or chartered accountant wouldalso be submitted.

The submission of the approval of Director General of the Civil Aviation, Government of India and the Airport Authority of India and theDirector of Airworthiness, Government of India was also required.
