Katerina Kalfamanoli joins as Director of Investments & Commercial Leasing. She joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where she was Senior Surveyor - Capital Markets. She was also previously Managing Director & Head of Agency at DTZ Greece. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management & Organizational Behavior from the American College of Greece and has over 10 years of experience in the Greek real estate market. Spyros Raptis also joins as Senior Advisor & Valuation Professional. He previously worked at Axies S.A. Lambert Smith Hampton as Senior Valuer and at Savills Hellas as Valuation Analyst. He holds a Degree in Engineering of Urban & Regional Planning & Development and two Master of Science Degrees in Real Estate and Regional Science from the University of Reading in U.K. He has long experience in valuations, real estate consulting, valuation auditing, organisation & strategic management of real estate portfolios and urban planning studies. Also, he has the title MRICS.
