The company is all set to more than double their headcount in the region by next year to reach over 70 engineers by end of 2008. The facility will house a team of engineers contributing significantly to AXIOM’s high-end ASIC design & verification solutions line. With this, AXIOM has become the first semiconductor design solution company to set up facility in the region.
Also to develop domain expertise in the area, AXIOM is partnering Manipal University (MCIS) to empower education in the domain of ASIC Design & Verification by donating tools worth over US$ 0.5 Million and organizing several workshops for the faculty members. Going forward, the company will partner more universities for this initiative.
