The IOAP first unveiled the names of the companies included in the 2007 Global Outsourcing 100 Listing at the recent 2007 Outsourcing World Summit.
The Global Services 100 recognises outsourcing service providers that have demonstrated the highest levels of ability and achievement throughout the industry. Providers were evaluated by set criteria and various processes based on financial health, growth rates, customer experience, depth and breadth competencies, as well as training and management capabilities. The final listing were selected by a panel of independent judges, who are all well noted outsourcing industry specialists.
