Ken Noll, senior manufacturing industry consultant at worldwide software provider Cincom Systems, is a featured speaker at The Configuration Workgroup’s annual conference at Marco Island, Florida on October 9, 2007. The Configuration Workgroup (CWG) is an international user group of SAP® customers and partners, focused on the topic of product configuration.
Ken Noll’s presentation, “Best Practices in Build-to-Order Manufacturing: An Analysis of Strategic Initiatives in Mass Customization,” will unveil the results of surveys Cincom has conducted over the past 12 months aimed at better understanding the challenges and strategies being adopted by build-to-order manufacturers. Specifically, the presentation focuses on best practices in front-office, build-to-order manufacturing and how to best integrate sales, engineering, and IT strategies.
