The hotel – owned and operated by Shekar Properties, LLC of Johnston, Iowa – is 10 miles from Altoona’s Adventureland Amusement Park and Prairie Meadows Casino, and nearby the new Iowa Speedways Racetrack in Newton.
The newly constructed two-story hotel has 38 single, double and suite accommodations.
