The compact MOTOCAST series of robots has been specially developed to meet all your casting needs. Each robot in the series features MOTOProtect, a special protective coating and higher IP protection class to withstand the tough conditions within a casting facility. Payloads from 3 to 600 kg can be achieved in various areas of application such as handling, grinding, polishing, deburring, spraying or loading and unloading.

This unique concept is developed by Specma Automation based on the MOTOMAN-IA20 robot. It is possible to integrate the solution on nearly all types of die casting machines up to 1000 tons, thanks to its flexibility. The robot is installed inside the machine making it very compact, and you will still have access to the loading side of the machine.

MOTOGRIND - The first robot grinding system that programs itself.
The programming of a grinding system for complex objects has until now been very time consuming. MOTOMAN´s new robotic grinding and polishing cell features a unique teaching system that enables the robot cell to create programs automatically. This is the most cost efficient and productive solution for high precision automatic grinding and polishing.
