Bernd Spies, Member of the Executive Board of Knorr-Bremse AG with global responsibility for the Commercial Vehicle Systems division: “The commercial vehicle aftermarket is facing major challenges from a shortage of skilled workers and rising operating costs to new requirements for sustainability and efficiency. With our aftermarket Ecosystem, we are creating a platform that addresses precisely these issues: it increases transparency, connects data and services more intelligently, and thus increases efficiency for all market participants. Thereby, Knorr-Bremse supports and empowers its customers in achieving more sustainable, high-performance, and future-proof fleet and vehicle operations.”
The Knorr-Bremse TruckServices Ecosystem consists of four interconnected components that create customer value, optimize maintenance, drive digitalization in the aftermarket, and strengthen Knorr-Bremse's aftermarket business:
• Cojali: Multi-brand workshop diagnostics and telematics solutions, including remote diagnostics to improve vehicle availability and increase the efficiency of repair and maintenance processes.
• PleaseFix: Cloud-based booking and capacity management system for optimizing workflows and utilization, specifically for commercial vehicle workshops.
• WESP CV (Commercial Vehicles): Data-based workshop benchmarking that enables commercial vehicle workshops to identify additional potential for increasing revenue and process efficiency.
