According to forecasts by the The Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency (Paiz), the number of patients travelling to Poland from overseas is set to increase by 10-20% each year, as increasing numbers of British patients realise that the price of dentistry and surgery can be a lot less in Poland compared to the United Kingdom. In many cases, savings of up to 60 % can be made.
In addition to this, increasing air connections between Polish cities and cities in the United Kingdom are offered by budget airlines, making the journey more convenient than ever before.
In response to this demand, Warsaw-based StatMedica has launched a new web-based portal, which provides information to patients looking to visit Poland for dental and medical procedures.
