Bekaert SA (“Bekaert”) and EMSTEEL Building Materials PJSC (“EMSTEEL”) have entered a partnership to advance the production and go-to-market of high-end, sustainable products and solutions with steel made in the UAE by EMSTEEL.

The signing ceremony took place at the Middle East Iron & Steel Conference & Exhibition in Dubai, and was attended by Engineer Saeed Ghumran Al Remeithi, Group CEO of EMSTEEL, Mr Yves Kerstens, Group CEO of Bekaert, and Executive Team members of both companies.

- EMSTEEL to enrich its product portfolio with higher value-adding products and solutions;
- Bekaert to manufacture steel fiber reinforced concrete solutions (Dramix®) made of UAE steel;
- EMSTEEL and Bekaert to promote the benefits of sustainable construction materials and solutions across GCC markets.
