Oracle today announced advanced self-service capabilities for Oracle Simphony Kiosk. The hardware advancements, including the ability to flip the screen in the Workstation 8 from order-taking mode to self-service ordering, enable operators to easily deploy grab-and-go, pre-order, or scan-and-go service models to best meet the needs of their venue and guests.
