The decision underscores the company’s confidence in Georgia’s dynamic business environment and its status as a prominent business center.

FlatironDragados is emerging as a major contractor in Georgia. Collaborating with ACS Infrastructure and other construction partners, FlatironDragados is in the early stages of the $4.6 billion SR 400 Express Lanes Project a major undertaking that will enhance mobility throughout the Atlanta metro area.

The new headquarters is situated in an energetic business environment in Perimeter Summit at 4004 Summit Blvd. NE, about 15 miles north of the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. FlatironDragados will occupy the uppermost floor of the building, developing about 25,000 square feet of state-of-the-art office space. The office will feature advanced technology to enable seamless virtual meetings, encourage collaboration and foster a strong sense of community.
FlatironDragados plans to move into the new headquarters office space by the end of the year. In the meantime, company employees have temporary office space in an adjacent building on the campus.
