CentralSquare Technologies, a leading provider of public sector software, today announced that the City of Cincinnati, Hamilton County Communications, Warren County Communications, West Chester Communications, and Northeast Communications have gone live with CentralSquare’s Unify CAD-to-CAD solution. Through the integration of several dispatch centers across Southwest Ohio, more areas will see dramatically improved emergency response through real-time data sharing, reduced response times and enhanced operational efficiencies across departments.
“Each partner involved in implementing this CAD-to-CAD connection has spent countless hours to ensure that, once activated, this integrated system will be the best it can be for the citizens of Southwest Ohio,” said Joshua Moyer, Public Safety Systems Manager with Warren County Telecommunications and Southwest Ohio CAD-to-CAD Project Manager. “Once the impact of this CAD connection is seen, I believe our connected network will only grow and could stretch beyond Southwest Ohio into the rest of the state.”
The project represents the first Pro to Enterprise CAD-to-CAD connection with CentralSquare, marking a major milestone for public safety interoperability. In one early incident following implementation, Warren County dispatchers were able to respond immediately to an officer-in-distress alert in neighboring Hamilton County, underscoring the vital role of unified dispatching.

The Southwest Ohio CAD-to-CAD network is poised to become a statewide model for emergency communications. Additional agencies are expected to join soon, with momentum already building across Ohio’s public safety community.
