Mother Goose Health is pleased to announce the appointment of Mary Fields, RN, CCE, CLC as Lead Care Manager, strengthening its leadership team during a period of sustained growth and expansion. In her new role, Fields will focus on advancing care delivery initiatives and supporting operational excellence across the organization's maternal and infant health programs.
Fields brings more than a decade of experience in healthcare operations, maternal-infant nursing, and partnership development. Her career includes leadership roles at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center, where she helped secure Baby-Friendly Designation and Gold Level Safe Sleep Certification, as well as at Nest Collaborative, where she enhanced partner success strategies and streamlined operational workflows.

Fields holds an Associate of Science in Nursing from Goodwin College, where she graduated with honors and earned memberships in both the Phi Theta Kappa and Alpha Delta Nu Honor Societies. She is also a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), Certified Childbirth Educator (CCE), and maintains Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
