As the Official Cyber Protection Partner of the Porsche Cup, Acronis will provide Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud, Advanced Backup, Advanced Management, and Advanced Security to Porsche Cup events in Brazil through Algar Telecom as the Acronis Delivery Partner in a new three-year deal.

The largest GT event in Latin America, the Porsche Cup C6 Bank has been holding championships in Brazil since 2005. It is the largest single-make, single-management category in the country, sending approximately 40 cars, all of which are strictly identical, to the track at each event. The models used in the category are the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup, from the 992, 991-2 and 991-1 generations. It is the most produced and sold racing car in the world, racing in both support events for categories such as F1, 24H of Le Mans, IMSA, etc., as well as in proprietary events. In Brazil, the championship has nine stages, six of which are sprints (with two races of up to 30 minutes each) and three endurance races, with races of 300 to 500 km in which drivers form crews of two or three.
