Baraghini (baraghinicompressori.it) has 14 employees and mainly serves a wide range of industrial customers in the provinces of Forli-Cesena, Rimini, and in San Marino. During 2023 the company had a turnover of approx. 2.7 MEUR (31 MSEK*).

“Baraghini has built up a strong customer base in their targeted market,” said Philippe Ernens, Business Area President Compressor Technique.

“Through this acquisition we will increase our sales presence as well as strengthening our service to local customers in the industrial northern Italy.”

The purchase price is not disclosed. The business will become part of the service division within the Compressor Technique Business Area.
