Kracht (kracht.eu) was founded in 1911 and has its headquarters in Werdhol, Germany. The company has subsidiaries in US, China and Hungary, and approximately 440 employees. In 2022, Kracht had revenues of approximately 72 MEUR (766 MSEK*).

The purchase price is not disclosed. The acquisition was announced December 4th 2023 and is now closed. The business has become part of the Power and Flow Division within the Power Technique business area.
