As a recyclable structure, QUADLFEX LT is pre-qualified for in-store drop-off through polyethylene streams.
Suited to withstand the rigors of both e-Commerce and retail settings, QUADFLEX LT supports a variety of markets, including pet food and lawn and garden.
“ProAmpac launched QUADLFEX LT to fill the market gap for recyclable, cost-effective quad-sealed bags,” states Nathan Klettlinger, director of global marketing for ProAmpac. “QUADFLEX LT is an excellent way for brands to transition into durable plastic packaging that offers superior product protection and sustainability options,” continues Klettlinger.
“QUADLFEX LT has excellent drop and dimpling resistance for heavy product weight applications and can be formulated with either mechanical or chemical post-consumer recycled content,” states Jed Chubb, ProAmpac’s technical director for blown films in North America. “This new format is specifically designed for efficient performance on automated filling and palletization equipment and can hold up to 50 pounds of product,” continues Chubb. ProAmpac’s ISCC+ certified sites have full supply-chain traceability for chemically recycled materials used in the package, supporting post-consumer recycled (PCR) claims.
With four panels of branding space and printed with award-winning high definition (HD) flexography, QUADFLEX LT reinforces brand messaging from all sides. Also, QUADFLEX LT can be combined with ProAmpac’s Signature Surfaces enhancements to create a truly unique-looking package. For enhanced consumer convenience, QUADFLEX LT can include a top or c-cut handle or an additional header for more branding space.
