Shandong Meditech Medical Technology Co., Ltd (meditech.com.cn) was founded in 2003 and is located in Jinan, with sales companies in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Australia. The company is privately owned and has 70 employees.
Shandong Meditech manufactures oxygen generators and sells solutions for onsite oxygen generation for medical use in hospitals and for medically prescribed home use. The company had revenues of approximately 86 MCNY (around MSEK 114*) in 2021.

The purchase price is not disclosed.
The acquired business will become part of the Medical Gas Solutions Division within the Compressor Technique Business Area.
