CentralSquare Technologies, an industry leader in public safety software, announced that Rio Blanco County Sheriff’s Office, in Meeker, Colorado, has selected CentralSquare Public Safety Suite Pro as their complete, integrated public safety software system. The agency replaced an eFORCE software system with the Pro Suite, including CAD, Records, Mobile, Civil, Personnel, Administration, and Financial software modules.

As the Rio Blanco County Communications Center already uses CentralSquare 911 and neighboring Meeker Police Department will be part of the new system, the agencies will experience new levels of integration, allowing them to effectively communicate with each other to provide citizens with the services and support they need when facing a crisis. Citizens will benefit from modern features, including Caller Location Query, cellphone caller location technology, and CentralSquare’s Community Data Sharing Platform, a regional and national crime data sharing network

"CentralSquare’s Pro Suite is the best solution for multi-jurisdictional benefits, allowing us to work cohesively with the agencies we dispatch for. In addition, this will help us meet the legislative requirements imposed on us by SB-217," said Rio Blanco County Sheriff Anthony Mazzola. "We will be able to better serve the citizens of Rio Blanco County with one fully-integrated CAD and records system."

The Rio Blanco County Sheriff's Office (rbc.us) has a goal to reduce redundant systems and improve National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS) reporting to decrease undedicated employee time. CentralSquare’s Pro Suite simplifies required NIBRS crime statistics reporting compliance and streamlines many processes with seamless data sharing with one unified application and database across all of the modules.
