Constant®, a leading provider of cloud computing and bare metal, today announced key additions to its executive leadership team to support the Company’s worldwide growth. Constant will now be led by newly-appointed Chief Executive Officer, J.J. Kardwell. Matt Amundson has joined as Chief Marketing Officer, and Shonal Narayan has joined as Vice President of Demand Generation. Constant’s Founder and long-time CEO, David Aninowsky, will continue with the Company as Executive Chairman.

Kardwell’s executive leadership experience spans over 20 years. Prior to joining Constant, Kardwell was CEO and Co-founder of EverString, which was acquired by ZoomInfo (NASDAQ: ZI). Kardwell also spent 10 years at the growth equity firm Summit Partners, where he was a managing director and involved in nearly $2 billion of transactions, including two IPOs. Kardwell has been an investor and board member for numerous public and private technology, software, and business services companies, including MACOM (NASDAQ: MTSI), a communications semiconductor company, and HelpSystems, a data center operations automation software company. Kardwell is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Business School.

Matt Amundson, Constant’s new CMO, brings more than 17 years of sales and marketing experience. Prior to Constant, Amundson was the CMO of EverString, guiding the organization’s demand generation and sales development. Amundson’s prior go-to-market roles at TIBCO, Marketo, FGXI and Red Bull provide a depth of experience across key go-to-market functions, geographies, and sectors. Shonal Narayan joins the Constant leadership team with more than 14 years of experience managing critical marketing functions including demand generation, operations, and upsell, at companies including EverString and Marketo.
