Tripp Lite, a global manufacturer of power protection and connectivity solutions, offers a convenient way to charge the latest USB‑C mobile devices without an AC outlet: portable power banks with USB‑C charging.
Tripp Lite’s power banks have an internal lithium-ion battery to provide power to mobile devices. The newest models have a USB‑C charging port (one model supports up to 45W) and one or two USB‑A ports for fast and reliable charging of smartphones, tablets and other small USB devices. Depending on the model, up to two or three devices can charge simultaneously. Convenient LED indicators show the power bank’s battery level at a glance, so users always know when the power bank needs to be charged.
Sized for travel, the power banks provide charging in areas where AC power is not available. They are also a safe alternative to public USB charging stations, where devices can be prone to cyber attack. At home, power banks can keep devices charged during utility blackouts.
The new models include USB‑IF certified power banks (UPB‑10K0‑2U1C and UPB‑20K0‑2U1C) and a power bank with a wireless option (UPB‑10K0‑1U1CQ) for charging a Qi-certified smartphone. There is also a combination wall charger/portable power bank (UPBW‑05K0‑1A1C) with a folding plug for direct connection to an AC outlet for device and internal battery charging.

The addition of a USB‑C port adds even more versatility for powering the newest devices at a higher wattage.”
