Qualcomm Technologies announced this platform in May of 2018 and it has since been adopted by many manufacturers and cellular infrastructure providers around the world. The wireless infrastructure ecosystem recognizes that Qualcomm Technologies provides a mmWave radio access platform designed to be scalable and cost-effective.
