To commemorate expansion into a larger office in the city of Markham in Greater Toronto Area, the Mayor of the City of Markham, Frank Scarpitti, today visited the Canada-based operation1 responsible for contributing to Turbonomic’s R&D efforts. Today’s news is the latest milestone as Turbonomic, the leader in application resource management, continues its growth trajectory.
Turbonomic strategically selected Markham, which is recognized as Canada’s High-Tech Capital anchored by over 1,500 technology companies that generate 37,000 jobs, because it is one of Ontario’s most diverse and fastest-growing municipalities. Markham’s business community includes companies and organizations spanning industries including banking, financing, engineering, design, technical, and commercialization services.

The Markham-based team’s R&D contributions are integral to Turbonomic platform innovation, which helps customers achieve their IT modernization goals. The expanded Markham office space can accommodate 60 employees enough space to triple the location’s current headcount. The company plans to hire for positions in the region spanning research and development, customer support, technical account management and sales.
