ACS is based in Saint-Ouen-l’Aumône in the north-west of Paris, France.
The company has around 10 employees and was founded in 1995.
ACS serves all types of industries.
"The acquisition will give us opportunities to increase our presence and grow in the north-west of Paris which is a very important industrial area", said Vagner Rego, Business Area President Compressor Technique.
The purchase price is not material relative to Atlas Copco’s market capitalization and is not disclosed.
The company will become part of the Service division within the Compressor Technique business area.
