FlexLink (flexlink.com) offers a wide variety of material flows solutions for the automotive industry. In booth 778 (Hall 1) we will display automation solutions for electric vehicle components and battery manufacturing applications for battery cell manufacturing. This includes battery assembly equipment, battery module assembly and small battery pack assembly. One of our solutions showed during the fair is the X45 platform, with puck handling functions and RFID-readers. The X45 is a slim plug-and-play conveyor platform for battery cells with a wide variety of line flow functions (diverter, mergers and transfers). Its intelligent network interface, allows communication between drive units as well as function units, and the embedded controls enable local decisions directly in the drive unit.

For larger products we offer our twin track conveyor, HU. It is developed for smart production and transports up to 170 kg net per pallet, delivered pre-assembled in standardized modules, including pre-defined control logics. The solution’s accumulation needs are close to eliminated due to the dual speed boost, reducing the pallet exchange time, which in turn increases the available production time.
