FIS™, a global leader in financial services technology, today announced that its Code Connect application programming interface (API) gateway has been named “Most Advanced API Strategy” in a new report by leading industry research and advisory firm Aite Group.
In its Feb. 2019 AIM evaluation of U.S. core banking system providers, Aite Group cited FIS Code Connect as offering “the most advanced API platform and environment of the leading U.S. core providers.” Aite Group also cited that Code Connect offers FIS clients with comprehensive guides, developers’ documentation, frequently asked questions, and testing services for application testing and development.
Code Connect provides a growing, constantly updated hub of APIs from both FIS and third-party developers for use by clients in developing and testing innovative new solutions to better serve their customers and drive operating efficiencies. Code Connect also provides hundreds of application use cases spanning a wide spectrum of solution categories, from banking and payments, to consumer finance, analytics and conversational banking.
