Nextiva, an industry leading cloud-based communications provider, announced today the Nextiva App has been selected as the Mobile VoIP App of the Year by the Mobile Breakthrough Awards, an independent company that recognizes top businesses, products, innovations, and people in the mobile and wireless industries.
Nextiva was selected from 2,200 nominations, among them the leading technology companies in the world. The Nextiva App rose above all others in the VoIP space as a unified communications solution. Through the app, users can manage all business communications, including voice and video to instant messaging and Team Presence services, from a single device.
In the past year, Nextiva has added SMS capabilities, allowing businesses to text their customers, as well as an Microsoft Outlook integration and visual updates to the mobile app.
