Under the terms of the agreement, Rambus (rambus.com) will license Phison (phison.com) the use of a wide range of innovations in the Rambus patent portfolio, including technologies for DRAM and NAND Flash memory controllers, as well as serial links. Specific terms of the agreement are confidential.
