As part of this, FlexLink Australia, covering the countries of Australia, New Zealand and Fiji, are moving to an Exclusive Distributor agreement becoming FlexLink distributors under the name of FlexCAM Pty Ltd.
The restructure took effect from 13 August 2018, utilizing existing facilities and personnel with former Country manager for FlexLink Australia, Stephen Alcorn, as Managing Director of FlexCam, Exclusive Authorized Distributor for FlexLink in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.
FlexLink remains committed to and will honor all current agreements. The transition is co-operative in nature, keeping key leadership and personnel, with minimal impact to customers and current supply agreements, maintaining the existing quality of parts and service. New business will be directed to FlexCAM.
