Escape Room Boise is proud to officially open its doors on May 8, 2018 at 2:00pm with a ribbon cutting ceremony and grand opening hosted by the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce and the Meridian Chamber of Commerce. Ceremony attendees will receive a free game pass while supplies last. Additionally, all reservations from May 8th through May 13th with use of the promo code “NOWOPEN” are 20% off. Reservations must be made online.
Escape Room Boise is the sixth location of escape rooms by BCR Developments, LLC, based in Bakersfield California. The company was founded three years ago, and has grown quickly, enjoying the huge popularity of escape rooms nationwide.
The Boise location had a soft opening eight weeks ago. “The response has been amazing,” said CEO Brian Lacertosa. “Everyone that has come through our doors says we have the best escape rooms in the Valley, which truly means a lot to us.”
As to why the company wanted to open in Boise? “Boise is an up and coming city,” Lacertosa continued. “It is becoming a true city but still has the small town feel to it.”
“Boise's growing market, at home feel, and welcoming atmosphere made it a perfect match for our company’s culture and vision,” said COO Sebastian Ponce. “It was at the top of our list of places to be. We are excited to be part of the community and can't wait to see what the future holds.”

An escape room is a physical adventure game where participants are placed into a room and must use teamwork along with elements of the room to solve a series of puzzles, find clues, and escape the room within a set time limit. Each room is themed and has a unique storyline that engages the players through their environment.
Escape Room Boise offers four different escape room experiences for guests.
Grim Stacks
The owner of a mystical bookshop is up to something sinister. He has captured a mystical creature and plans to use it to take revenge against the Arcane Library. You must sneak into his shop, find the creature, and rescue it before his plan can be carried out.
RESCUE
A young girl has gone missing and a tactical response team has been formed to find her. In the hunt to track down the kidnappers your team discovers an abandoned warehouse, you must search the building and find anything that could lead to her rescue. Threats of a bomb are discovered, and time is running out.
The Path
A prophecy foretells of travelers from distant lands whom are destined to rise to prominence as great leaders. The oracle has devised a challenge to test those which have come to prove themselves. You are given 60 minutes to pass the test and prove that you are one of the chosen few spoken of in the prophecy.
PipeWorks
Power is running low in the underground industrial city of Dystopia and the energy systems are failing. The high council has appointed your two engineering teams to fix those systems. The city is losing power fast, compete head-to-head or cooperatively to activate your team’s subsystems and return power to the station.
