Building on the established A400 Xtreme platform, this ultimate A400 Xtreme Plus provides the superior reliability needed for all conditions encountered during waterfowl season.
The A400 Xtreme Plus builds on our proven A400 Xtreme Unico model to provide everything the hunter needs for a successful hunt.
Manufactured at the Beretta Italy factory, the new A400 Xtreme Plus models combine the advanced barrel technologies used to excel in the clay shooting world with the needs of the waterfowler.
With the adoption of the Steelium Plus barrel design, the Xtreme Plus series feature a 14-inch forcing cone, which is more than 8 inches longer than the standard forcing cone. This new configuration ensures greater recoil reduction, enhanced pattern dispersion, and greater range. Utilizing our Optima-Choke® HP choke tubes, this shotgun offers superior ballistic performance and guarantees perfect shot pattern in every hunting situation.
Our signature Kick-Off Mega system, combined with a new Soft-Comb stock, ensures less felt recoil, making the A400 Xtreme Plus series the softest-shooting waterfowl gun available.
This shotgun also utilizes a new step rib with a fiber optic front sight and an integral mid-bead that provides an optimized sight plane. The receiver features an enlarged loading port, extended charging handle, and bolt release, making it easier to operate the shotgun even while wearing gloves.
The A400 Xtreme Plus retails for an MSRP starting at $1750 and is available in MAX-5, Mossy Oak Bottomland, DRT, Black Synthetic and Optifade™ finish.
On Saturday, May 5th at 2:30 pm, Beretta will unveil the A400 Xtreme Plus during the NRA Show (nra.org) in the Beretta booth (#7224). Beretta ambassadors Nate Hosie and Courtney Sweetser Smith will also introduce the A400 Xtreme Plus Torture Tour, a season-long endurance test designed to test this new shotgun with some of the most demanding hunters in four unforgiving locations across North America.
Dates and locations of each hunt will be announced throughout the coming months as the 2018 waterfowl hunting season begins.
