LexisNexis® Legal & Professional, a leading global provider of information and analytics, today announced it has integrated attorney analytics from Lex Machina’s award-winning Legal Analytics® into its flagship online legal information solution, Lexis Advance®. The addition of attorney analytics complements the earlier integration of Lex Machina’s judge and law firm analytics, empowering legal professionals with information and insights they need to make strategic, data-driven decisions, anticipate behaviors and illuminate probable case outcomes.

With this integration, users can select active links on attorney names in full-text Lexis Advance case law and seamlessly access Lex Machina summary charts on attorney case filing history and other important information across a broad range of practice areas, including Patent, Copyright, Trademark, Antitrust, Securities, Employment, Commercial, Product Liability and Federal Bankruptcy Appeals cases. Lexis Advance users with a subscription to Lex Machina can drill further into a wealth of analytics to uncover vital intelligence for making critical litigation decisions.
Acquired by LexisNexis in November 2015, the Lex Machina Legal Analytics platform gives attorneys a distinct advantage at trial by revealing strategic insights on opposing parties and counsel, tracking records and key decisions by presiding judges, and illuminating trends on case resolutions, findings, damages and more.
