Cadsourcing, LLC celebrates 5-years as the leading provider of specialized CAD drafting services to design professionals, contractors, and manufacturers.
In 2011, Founder & CEO, Bryan Luoma, formed Cadsourcing while working as a Civil Engineer in New Jersey by day, and moonlighting by night to manage a 2-man drafting team, 8,000 miles away in the Philippines.
From these humble beginnings, the company has grown into a successful, international team of 60 employees and has established their expertise in telecom network densification, with stateside project managers, executives, and a newly appointed General Manager in the Philippines.
With centralized offices in the Philippine city of Cebu, Cadsourcing attributes a large part of their success to its employees and empowers them to thrive by incorporating socially conscious practices. The company provides ethical leadership, education programs, professional and personal development, management and progressive technical training. Additionally, a living wage, health benefits, family leave, and sick days are just some of the ways that Cadsourcing is creating positive social change.
“I’m proud to see how far we’ve all come during the past 5 years,” says Luoma. “In tandem with die-hard, customer service, our mission supports actions that enhance the lives and culture of our employees. We have a fun, talented, and dedicated team, and are honored to acknowledge their efforts and contribution towards our shared success.”
As well, this month celebrates the launch of the Cadgiving Project, a corporate initiative that aspires to serve communities in need. The first campaign will raise funds for CITE (Center for Industrial Technology and Enterprise), an educational institution in Cebu that supports the socio-economic development of its surrounding communities.
The Cadgiving Project is committed to raising $30,000 for an obsolete computer lab that is needed to maintain vital operating systems, changing software needs, and new educational technology. Funds will be provided to CITE through GIFT OF LOVE - a 501.c3 approved charity. cadsourcing.com/cad-giving
“Over the past 2 years, we’ve partnered with CITE to develop a scholarship program for underprivileged students, many of whom come from low-income families with an annual salary of less than $2,000,” says Luoma. “By offering internships, and ultimately jobs and careers, we can provide long-standing sustainable benefits to the people of the Philippines.”
Cadsourcing is also expanding new office locations in the Philippines, and announce the hiring of new General Manager, Amylene Cuyos Sy. “We’re so excited to bring Amy on board to lead our Cebu office team. We created this position for Amy because of her experience in management and her successful track record with growth-oriented companies,” adds Luoma.
Cadsourcing is changing the conversation about outsourcing and showing the world how to seamlessly integrate a global workforce with the knowledge, security, and peace of mind of a local firm. This anniversary milestone celebrates Cadsourcing at its best!
