Amid dramatic business growth, RISE Commercial Property Services leveraged the Yardi® Commercial Suite to manage its property management, accounting, tenant services and more from a single connected solution.
“After our portfolio doubled in one year, we needed tools to help our staff work more efficiently and maintain the service our clients expect from us,” said T.J. COMMERCIALCafé allows tenants to submit maintenance requests and payments online or with mobile devices,” Tarbell said.
With property maintenance comprising half of RISE’s business, Yardi Maintenance plays a crucial role with activities and transactions automatically recorded in Yardi Voyager. Yardi Construction Management enables full cost and budget oversight over the company’s construction projects.
RISE also adopted Yardi® Procure to Pay for its paperless, automated invoice processing functionality, and Yardi Orion® Business Intelligence, which displays business-wide operational and financial data via intuitive reporting and dashboards to help businesses easily identify exceptions and risk.
