ARRIS selected Oracle’s next-generation Cloud Applications and Platform to help scale its fast-growing enterprise. The best-in-class technology lends speed and addresses the company’s top priority: making business easier for its customers. ARRIS will use Oracle Cloud to create a foundation for managing and expanding its operations, taking customer interactions to the next level.
ARRIS’s former platform was a combination of technologies from previous acquisitions. With Oracle Cloud Applications and Platform, ARRIS will unite multiple components of ARRIS’s business from procurement and payment to product design and employee management setting a new global standard for service.

ARRIS will utilize the full suite of Oracle Cloud applications. Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud will equip ARRIS with insightful and actionable data to manage its global workforce for a more positive and consistent employee experience worldwide. Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning Cloud and Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud will offer a consolidated view of business operations from planning to operations to enable data-driven strategic decision making, lower costs, and reduce IT complexity. Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Cloud will offer end-to-end business solutions that get products to market faster, while offering real-time insight into day-to-day logistics, procurement, and fleet management. Part of the company’s large transformation initiative, ARRIS is also using Oracle Cloud Platform services Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Data Integrator Cloud as the foundation for its new integration platform.
