Northwest Real Estate Capital Corporation (NWRECC) is streamlining its accounting, property management and compliance processes by upgrading to Yardi Voyager® 7S, the cloud-based solution for efficient and centralized affordable housing operations.
NWRECC is headquartered in Boise, Idaho and operates more than 5,100 units across the western United States. Its properties are located in Alaska, Arizona, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Wyoming. Noel Gill, executive vice president for NWRECC, expects that Yardi Voyager 7S will improve how the organization operates across a wide region.
“We are always looking to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to technology. Yardi is advancing its products at lightning speed, and it’s clear that now is the time to fully embrace the Voyager 7S platform,” said Gill. NWRECC also plans to leverage Yardi solutions for purchase orders, payment processing, unit inspections, maintenance, property marketing and more. “We are migrating towards a single way of doing business across all properties, and that way is Yardi,” said Gill.
NWRECC previously relied on intranet file sharing systems and the postal service to send paper files between properties and headquarters. “Upgrading to Voyager 7S will simplify our operations and replace outdated and inefficient systems. Voyager 7S replaces all of that work with web-based efficiency and a single database,” said Gill.
