NewswireTODAY - /newswire/ - Beijing, China, 2017/07/27 - The China Overseas Infrastructure Development & Investment Corporation (COIDIC) and Lahmeyer International signed a Memorandum of Cooperation (MOC) on 5 July 2017 in Beijing - COIDICGroup.com / Lahmeyer.de.

COIDIC’s Deputy CEO Jiafu Yuan and Lahmeyer CEO and President Martin Seeger as well as Lahmeyer’s Executive Director Hydropower and Water Resources Bernhard Stabel signed the MOC.

The scope of the MOC is the cooperation on preliminary project development up to the level of a bankable feasibility study, where the projects will be mainly in the Energy and Power Sector (e.g. Hydropower, Thermal Power Plants, Renewable Energies, Transmission, etc.) and the Water Sector.

Lahmeyer as the signatory to the MOC and as part of the Tractebel Group, will define the optimum cooperation setup within the Tractebel Group for each project and coordinate this information with COIDIC (cidicgroup.com).
