The A2I Summits will feature guest speaker and host, Pamela Clark-Dickson, Practice Leader in Ovum’s Consumer Services research pillar, who will present highlights from Ovum’s Digital Insights 2017 survey and discuss the next wave of convergence between AI, chat bots, IoT, and customer engagement.
