It can be supplied as components, in pre-assembled form or as ready-to-install units which facilitates a quick installation process. The system’s aluminium profiles and connectors together with a wide variety of accessories allow for tailor-made solutions for a range of different applications.

Tools for easier engineering
Machine enclosures and safety guards can be easily designed in the FlexLink Design Tool. With its built-in intelligence to help avoid errors, it saves valuable time for both design and mechanical engineers. The software tool also exports to STEP and SAT files allowing quick integration into the general machine or line drawing.
With the export feature of the bill of material (BoM), including all necessary machining, ordering is completed quick and easy. Intuitiv assembly drawings that enable fast and trouble free installation can be easily prepared as well. BoM is imported into FlexLink’s e-commerce site, the Online Store - where you find CAD blocks for the most common CAD types for nearly all of FlexLink’s components. The full use of FlexLink’s engineering tools is a real time saver.
