This partnership will combine Altitude and Panda expertise, solutions and services to maximize and optimize the prevention of data leakage in the contact center.
Recent research (1) shows a 29% increase in data breaches since 2013, with an average cost of $4 million per incident and an average cost of $158 per lost or stolen record. Innovative integrated monitoring and security platform for the contact center
