Evoqua focuses on strong customer interaction and promotes a frictionless environment for interaction between employees, with a system that empowers employees to solve problems. When resolving an issue, the technician’s progress is constantly monitored by the respective manager to ensure a high quality of service.

Evoqua has established well-documented standard operating procedures (SOP) that provide guidance to service technicians who undergo a training program. The company has created customer groups for some of its product lines, and these groups receive alerts regarding product updates. In addition, some of Evoqua’s key corporate customers are involved in a corporate account management program that facilitates the development of customized equipment.
