RXR Realty, LLC is seeking to reduce staff time and improve investor service by consolidating its business on a single Yardi® platform.
RXR will use Yardi Voyager® 7S and Yardi Investment Management™ to manage its entire real estate business from investor to lease. The Yardi Voyager platform will allow RXR to automate investment accounting, performance measurement and investor reporting, while performing property operations and accounting, in a cloud-based system.
Having all of its business data in one place means that RXR will receive complete business intelligence, from investors to the property and lease levels, and executives and managers will be able to access it from any mobile device using Yardi InvestorPlus™.
The company will also use Yardi Fixed Assets™ to track fixed assets throughout their lifecycle, from purchasing, depreciation and disposition, all in the same system.
