McCaffrey’s presentation Dynamic Programming Algorithms for Optimal Upgrading will uncover solutions and conditions that airlines can use for estimating the financial benefits of dynamically managing upgrades. While most airlines today employ static approaches for managing upgrades, his research compares and contrasts new dynamic capabilities that help airlines generate meaningful revenue growth.
