Digital Conversions, LLC announces the availability of a complete array of photographic scanning services. They can scan and digitize photographic slides in all formats (35mm, 120, 126, etc), photographic negatives (including disc film), loose photographs, and photo albums as well. When photo albums are scanned, the entire album pages are scanned. If requested, album scans can also include scans of some or all of the photographs individually.
Scanned slides and scanned negatives can be provided as JPEG, TIFF, or RAW file formats. Photo scans are are available as JPEG and TIFF file formats, as are album scans.
The scanned photographic files are high resolution (16MP for most formats), and are corrected for dust and scratches. Color correction is also provided. Scanned files can be loaded onto a variety of media, including flash drives, DVDs, and an archival quality DVD that will last over 100 years. Prices are lower than comparable services. They offer a fourteen day turnaround, and accept materials from all parts of the US and Canada.
In addition to digital scanning, Digital Conversions also offers photo restoration and photo retouching services. Most photos that have been damaged can be returned to, or close to, their original appearance.
