Acronis, a global leader in hybrid cloud data protection, today announced that it was named a Strong Performer in “The Forrester Wave™: Enterprise File Sync and Share Platforms, Hybrid Solutions, Q2 2016” report. Among the 10 providers evaluated by Forrester Research, Inc., Acronis received the highest possible score in the Enterprise File Sync and Share (EFSS) Technology Strategy criterion, scoring 5 on a scale of 5.
According to the Forrester report,“Acronis differentiates with a policy-driven approach to secure file sharing” and its policy engine “provides a broad set of options to control content-sharing capabilities, enable role-based content distribution, and manage mobile app configurations.”

According to the Forrester report,“Enterprises still hold large volumes of documents on-premises in file shares, storage devices, and ECM systems. The Forrester report (forrester.com) also stated that Acronis Access Advanced customers “report a relatively high level of satisfaction with search, integration capabilities, and overall mobile user experience.”
