Based on recent analysis of the cloud internet protocol (IP) telephony and unified communications and collaboration (UC&C) services market, Frost & Sullivan recognized Metaswitch as the recipient of the 2016 Latin American Growth Excellence Leadership Award. Metaswitch’s continuous technology innovation, backed by outstanding customer service and support, expanded its user base significantly in 2015. This spurt in installed base was a result of existing customers upgrading their UC capabilities, as well as the acquisition of new clients across different countries in Latin America.
