This special award honours transformative innovation within the aquaculture industry.

The winner of the DSM Innovation Award will be announced on day two of AquaVision (15 June 2016). The recipient will also receive a prize of €10,000.

The ‘DSM Innovation Award’ in aquaculture was created to reflect the role of AquaVision as a global forum in promoting innovation in aquaculture as well as DSM’s unique history and dedication in providing industry leading micro-nutrient innovations to aquaculture worldwide.

DSM (dsm.com) and AquaVision (aquavision.org) now invite companies, individuals, organisations, institutions and government agencies world-wide to apply for the AquaVision 2016 DSM Innovation Award. Eligible innovations should be in the area of aquaculture and break with convention, going beyond marginal improvements in existing products and services. An application period for the DSM Innovation Award is open until 27th May 2016. Applications submitted for the award will be reviewed by a jury of specialists.
